In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, the user accepts that the personal data provided at the time of booking will be incorporated into a file owned by PERLAHOTEL S.A. , from now onthe company, with registered office in Mérida s/n – 29780 Nerja, Málaga (Malaga) – Spain, for the management of the booking system, the processing of your request, the control and management of the relationship with the users of the website who process bookings, as well as for the carrying out of statistical studies of the users registered on the aforementioned website which will allow the design of improvements in the services provided. All the fields in the forms marked as obligatory must necessarily be filled in for the correct processing of your requests. The personal data you provide will only be communicated to third parties in compliance with legal obligations or with your prior consent. The user expressly consents that the bank details provided will be used to attend to possible penalties in the event of cancellations or failure to submit them as stipulated in the conditions of the tariff. The processing of your reservations necessarily implies the treatment indicated above, so that the process cannot be carried out in case of opposition to it. You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition as indicated below.

The user will respond, in any case, of the veracity of the facilitated data, reserving itself the company the right to exclude of the registered services to all user who has facilitated false data, without damage of the other actions that proceed in Right. Only with the consent of the future hotel guests, the user may enter their names and surnames in the Room Distribution section. Such information, which will allow the chosen hotel to provide a better service to its guests, is optional, so that its provision by the user, implies, under his sole responsibility, the assumption of the duty to inform those of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to the provision of personal information.

In accordance with the obligation provided for in Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of text information that websites transfer to the hard drive of computers that connect to them. It will allow us to obtain the following information:

  2. b) The design of contents that the user chose during his visit to our web.

We also use the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool allows you to publish on the Google Content Network (more details on the Google Content Network here:  Adwords ads based on previous visits of users to our website. To do this, some of the pages on our website include a code called “remarketing tag”. These tags allow you to read and configure your browser’s cookies in order to determine the specific type of ad that will be shown to the user, based on elements related to their visit to our website, such as the navigation circuit chosen, the specific pages visited or the actions carried out on them. The remarketing lists thus created are stored in a database on Google’s servers, where all the cookie IDs associated with each list or category of interests are stored. With respect to the company, this information can only be associated with a specific user in the event that said user is identified on the website, for example because he or she has completed a reservation process. In this case, the data obtained in this way will be communicated to the company for commercial prospecting and web user segmentation purposes, in order to design commercial campaigns in accordance with the interest shown during browsing, and the data will be incorporated into a file belonging to the aforementioned entity for the indicated purposes. The access to the page does not suppose in any case the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal only provides information about the hotel vacancies at the moment of requesting the mentioned information, so if you make the reservation on-line, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation made serves as a locator when you go to the hotel. The reservation of hotel nights on this website implies the client’s adherence to and acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions set out here. By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept: 1) To be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website. 2) That the data provided when you make the on-line reservation are true, complete and concise. 3) Only those pages that appear in the site map are included in the website. 4) That access to this website is the responsibility of the user 5) That once the reservation has been made, the electronic document in which it was formalized will be archived and you will be able to access it at any time. 6) That you confirm the reservation made, i.e. the dates indicated, the number of rooms, the number of people and the hotel chosen. 7) The conditions and price of the reservation made, are those that are expressly determined in the conditions of the rate included expressly on the page that you make the reservation. 8) Regarding the relationship with the portal, it gives you the possibility to book rooms of the chosen hotel through its website, but it does not offer any kind of hotel service under its responsibility. 9) That your card details are collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation. The prices indicated are Retail Prices including VAT.

The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and regime selected, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.

The price does not include: Any service not specified in addition to extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.

Check-in and check-out time as a general rule and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, the rooms may be used from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

All travellers, without exception (including children), must carry their personal and family documentation, either passport or ID card, in accordance with current legislation. They will be responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that the same may be requested by any authority. If any authority refuses to grant visas, for particular reasons of the user, or is denied entry into the country for lack of the requirements that are demanded, or by default in the required documentation, or for not being a carrier of the same, the hotel disclaims all responsibility for facts of this nature, being on behalf of the consumer any expense that may arise, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show.
